Botanical Wine Cellar Archive

We date our batches with the year that the fruit(s) of the base wines were harvested.  Our first batch was 2021, and we've produced wines each year since.  Each batch has characteristics that are unique to that year: the base wines change in their ripeness, acidity, and tannin; this then informs the matching botanicals infused into each, as well as the complementary sweetness level.

Here within is a listing of all of the wines we've produced, grouped by the batch year.  This is to serve as an ongoing archive of our work for those who may have bottles that are no longer available and for those who may be interested in the specifics of each wine from year to year.
