Batch 2023

A mint and rhubarb aperitif crafted from 100% traminette grapes. This vintage leads with three different heirloom mint varieties along with juniper berries to create a light, refreshing aperitif. In the background, gentian, lemon balm, and apple wood add texture and bitterness.

Deeper Dive

The 2023 vintage is decidedly less sweet and more mint-focused than previous vintages. Our goal for this season was to articulate the overall flavor profile in a more concise, functional way. To do this we increased the various mints in our infusions, while decreasing tertiary botanicals.

Tequila, mezcal, Japanese whiskey, shochu, and dry or white vermouth.
Try in a Mojito or Julep, or in any cocktail where muddled mint is called for.
