Batch 2024

A floral, joyful portrait of hope and resilience. Crafted from 100% Vidal grapes, infused with Bartlett pears and chamomile blossoms, we made this aperitif to calm the heart and soothe the mind.

Deeper Dive

This is our first vintage sweetened entirely with local honey. Aged with oak and elderflower, it’s both broad and delicate, present and ephemeral. To be enjoyed in small amounts over ice, or as an accent in a cocktail.

Plays Well with...

Gin, rye whiskey, tequila, cachaça, amontillado sherry.

Use in a martini, a margarita, or as a vermouth replacement in a Paper Plane.
