Yuzu Martini

The classic martini garnishes may be a lemon twist or olives, but cucumber has long been a cooling companion for gin cocktails, and here matches beautifully with the cooling tones of the yuzu sake.

Preparation

  1. Combine the sake and gin a cocktail shaker with ice. Stir with a spoon until very cold. 
  2. Strain into a coupe and garnish with cucumber.
