
Shenandoah
Kelly AllenInspired by our neighborhood National Park, the Shenandoah. A woodsy, piney, rugged homage to the soft mountains surrounding our farm.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Barr Hill Gin
- 1 oz Artemisia Nocino Americano
- ¾ oz Dry Curaçao
- ½ oz oloroso sherry
- ½ oz oolong simple syrup (1 part strong oolong tea, 1 part sugar)
- Orange peel, for garnish
Preparation
- Combine the gin, Nocino Americano, Curaçao, sherry, and oolong syrup in a shaker over ice. Shake until very cold.
- Strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with the orange rind.
