
Chamomile Martini
Kelly AllenOur limited-release Chamomile aperitif is an elegant co-pilot in this 50/50 martini. Aromatic with local honey and dried chamomile blossoms, it's a minimalist recipe that's approachable for any bar.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Artemisia Chamomile
- 1½ oz Barr Hill gin
- Lemon rind, for garnish
Preparation
- Chill a coupe glass. In a shaker over ice, combine the Chamomile and the gin. Shake until very cold.
- Strain into the chilled coupe and garnish with the lemon rind.
