When in doubt, simple is best. This autumnal riff on a Negroni is a warming, rugged remake for chilly days. Our Nocino take things in a decidedly darker direction.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Dida's gin
- 1 ounce Artemisia Nocino Americano
- 1 ounce Antica Torino Rosso Vermouth
- Orange rind, for garnish
Preparation
- Combine the gin, Nocino, and the vermouth in a shaker over ice. Stir to combine.
- Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with the orange peel.
