An uncanny combination of vermouth, gin, Strega, and verjus. It's almost wrong and almost right, hovering somewhere between hot and cold, dangerous and safe.
Ingredients
- ½ oz Atxa Rojo Vermouth
- 1 oz Hendricks Lunar Gin
- 1 oz Noble Verjus
- ½ oz Strega
- 1½ oz soda water
- 2 dashes Artemisia Quercus Bitters
Preparation

Mix vermouth, gin, verjus, Strega, and bitters in a shaker over ice and stir to combine.

Strain into a glass over plenty of ice and top with the soda water.
