Raspberry-Rose Spritz
Kelly AllenWhen you're feeling like a mimosa but looking for a little more oomph, make this cheery little spritz. Crescent Simples Raspberry-Rose syrup offers a floral backdrop to the warmth of the tequila and the brightness of the lemon juice.
Any sparkling will do here. Prosecco is easy, but feel free to swap in a cava or crémant (or perhaps, champagne?) as you like.
Ingredients
- 1 oz tequila joven
- ½ oz Crescent Simples Raspberry-Rose Syrup
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ¼ oz raspberry jam (preferably seedless)
- Prosecco, as needed
- Orange rind, for garnish
Preparation
- Combine the tequila, syrup, lemon juice, and jam in a shaker over ice. Shake until the jam is fully dissolved. Double-strain into a wine glass over ice and garnish with the orange rind. You could also skip the ice and serve this in a flute.
