Dinner comes together in a snap with this simple veggie-hummus plate. The roasted broccoli calls for minimal prep, and the hummus can be made well in advance. A drizzle of chili oil ties everything together.
Ingredients
- 1 recipe Classic Hummus
- 1 recipe Roasted Broccoli with Garlic and Lemon
- Chili oil, salt, and chopped parsley, for serving
Preparation
- Mound the hummus in a wide serving plate. Using a spoon, create a well in the center of the mound, swirling the hummus artfully outward.
- Pile the roasted broccoli in the center of the hummus. Drizzle with the chili oil and finish with the salt and parsley.
- Serve with forks and pita bread for grabbing every last bit of the broccoli and hummus.
