Hummus with Roasted Broccoli and Chili Oil

Dinner comes together in a snap with this simple veggie-hummus plate.  The roasted broccoli calls for minimal prep, and the hummus can be made well in advance.  A drizzle of chili oil ties everything together.

Preparation

  1. Mound the hummus in a wide serving plate.  Using a spoon, create a well in the center of the mound, swirling the hummus artfully outward.  
  2. Pile the roasted broccoli in the center of the hummus.  Drizzle with the chili oil and finish with the salt and parsley. 
  3. Serve with forks and pita bread for grabbing every last bit of the broccoli and hummus.
