The sunbaked dustiness of tequila finds its match in moody, demure blueberry juice. A savory orange and fennel syrup knits things together without becoming overly sweet.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces blueberry juice
- 1 ounce Tequila Reposado
- ½ ounce Wild Roots Orange & Fennel Botanical Syrup
- ½ ounce Bresca Vermouth, or a similarly assertive white vermouth
- 1 dash Artemisia Karela Bitters
- Sprig of thyme, for garnish

Combine the blueberry juice, Tequila, Orange & Fennel Syrup, Bresca Vermouth, and Karela Bitters in a shaker over ice and stir to combine.
- Strain into a Nick and Nora glass or a rocks glass and garnish with the thyme.
