Ingredients
- ¾ oz Pasubio Vino Amaro
- ¾ oz Mattei Cap Corse Blanc Quinquina
- ½ oz Greenhat Citrus Floral Gin
- 1 dash Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit Bitters
- Lemon peel, for garnish
Preparation
- Combine the Pasubio, Mattei, gin, and bitters in a shaker over ice. Stir gently to combine.
