This cocktail's namesake is the Zócalo, or central square, in Oaxaca City, a place known for its ancient trees, endless cafés, and beautiful markets. Sip on this outside, while the weather is still warm but the leaves are beginning to change. All the better if you can do a little people-watching while you're at it.
