Two Virginian aromatized meet in this light and fresh spritzer. Clever Beast's Tomato Vine Spritz offers a pleasantly bitter counterpoint to Mentha's mentholic, floral aromatics. A capture of Virginian spring and summer at once.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Clever Beast Tomato Vine Spritz
- ½ oz Artemisia Mentha
- ½ oz Destilerías Atxa Blanco Vermouth
- 2 dashes Artemisia Æstas Sumac Bitters
- ½ dash rosewater
- Lemon rind, for garnish
Preparation

Combine the Mentha, Blanco Vermouth, Sumac Bitters, and Rosewater in a shaker over ice and stir to combine.
- Strain into a coupe glass and top with the Tomato Vine Spritz.
- Garnish with the lemon rind.
