- 1½ ounces bourbon
- ½ ounce Artemisia Thistle
- ½ Atxa Vermut Rojo
- 3 ounces apple cider (preferably unfiltered)
- a pinch each of cinnamon, ginger, and cloves (optional)
Combine the bourbon, Thistle, vermouth, apple cider, and spices (if using) in a small saucepan and warm over medium heat, stirring.
Serve in small mugs with an additional sprinkle of cinnamon.
