Snowfall

Snowfall takes its name from the early days of winter, when the first snows are just beginning to fall and the air smells of woodsmoke and pine.  The trick here is layering both spirits and bitters, creating something subtle and integrated. 
 

Ingredients:

      Preparation

      1. Combine brandy, whiskey, vermouth, Ratafia, and bitters in a shaker over ice and stir.
      2. Strain into a tumbler glass and garnish with rosemary sprig.
