Cool juniper meets warming ginger against a backdrop of mint. Especially good after an honest day's work in the garden.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Greenhat Citrus Floral Gin
- 3 ounces Navy Hill Ginger Tonic
- ½ ounce J.T. Copper Sweet Mint Syrup, or make your own mint syrup (recipe below)
- 1½ ounce lime juice (2 small limes)
- Mint, for garnish
Preparation
- Add gin, tonic, mint syrup, & lime juice to a shaker over ice.
- Stir generously enough to integrate the syrup, but not so much that you lose the bubbles of the tonic.
- Strain into a collins glass filled with ice and garnish with mint.
