A DIY Cosmo riff. Homemade cranberry cordial meets orange liqueur and a little gin. Batch this cocktail for a crowd.
Ingredients
- 2½ oz cranberry cordial
- ½ oz Cointreau
- ½ oz Barr Hill Gin
- ¼ oz Byrrh
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- ¼ oz lemon juice
- Lemon rind, for garnish
Preparation
- Combine the cranberry cordial, Cointreau, gin, Byrrh, syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker over ice. Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with the lemon rind.
