Sometimes the simplest of cocktails can be just the right thing to round out a busy day. For us, this often means leaning into a beautiful aromatized wine like the Cap Corse Quinquina. Served on the rocks and intentionally garnished.
- 3 oz Cap Corse Quinquina Blanc
- 1 spring of oregano
- 1 lemon twist
- Combine ice and quinquina in a glass.
- After cutting your lemon twist, puncture one end with a toothpick and slide the stem of the oregano into the whole, wrapping the lemon rind around the herb. Add to the glass.
