A layering of autumnal flavors.  Our cardoon-driven Thistle botanical wine balances the lean, aromatic profile of the apple brandy.  J.T. Copper's honeyed Leaves of Gold syrup marries everything together.

Preparation

  1. Combine the apple brandy, Thistle, and syrup in a shaker over ice and stir until very cold. 
  2. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with the cardoon or sage leaf.
