Autumn Leaves
A layering of autumnal flavors. Our cardoon-driven Thistle botanical wine balances the lean, aromatic profile of the apple brandy. J.T. Copper's honeyed Leaves of Gold syrup marries everything together.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Laird's 10th Generation Apple Brandy
- 1½ oz Thistle, or Cardamaro
- ½ oz J.T. Copper "Leaves of Gold" syrup
- Cardoon leaf, or a sage leaf, for garnish
Preparation
- Combine the apple brandy, Thistle, and syrup in a shaker over ice and stir until very cold.
- Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with the cardoon or sage leaf.
