Each month of the CSA, we're focusing the cooking styles and broader culture of a specific region. The hope is that we can enliven your cooking, learn new approaches to the veggies we consume, and cultivate a better understanding of the world around us.
We'll be spending the month of June exploring Greece. From arid mountains to brilliant coastlines, Greek cuisine is an epic of culture, geography, but most importantly, hospitality.
