Agua fresca is a popular summertime drink throughout Mexico. It’s made by blending fruit with water, sugar, lime juice. Our version uses watermelons for the fruit and swaps out the water for white vermouth. You may need to adjust the simple syrup and lime juice, depending on the ripeness of your watermelon.
