Raspberry Sake Martini

The humid days of summer call for light, airy cocktails.  Too much alcohol or sugar sit heavily when temperatures rise.  Better to sip something light and refreshing with just enough spunk to take lacquer the moment rather than muddle the heat with even more intensity.

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients (except for the basil leaf) into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.  
  2. Strain into a martini glass or coupe and garnish with the basil leaf.
