This is a lighter, more playful take on a Boulevardier.  The Muri adds tannin and a floral, berry-laden structure without alcohol, while the rye and vermouth keep things feeling classic.  The name Veg means is Danish for a large street or thoroughfare...a fitting parallel to the original.

Preparation

  1. Combine the rye, vermouth, and Muri in a shaker over ice.  Stir until very cold.  

  2. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.  No garnish.
