Eucalyptus Drop

An aromatic spin on an otherwise demure classic.  We pair vibrant tequila with Mattei Cap Corse Blanc Quinquina for layered aromatics, letting the mentholics of the eucalyptus knit things together. 


  • 1 oz Añejo Tequila (we recommend Espolòn)
  • 1 oz Cap Corse Quinquina Blanc
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 3 dashes Hella Eucalyptus Bitters
  • Lemon Twist


  1. Mix tequila, quinquina, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters in a shaker over ice and stir to combine.
  2. Strain into a Nick and Nora glass and garnish with a lemon twist
