Ingredients
- 1 oz Añejo Tequila (we recommend Espolòn)
- 1 oz Cap Corse Quinquina Blanc
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 3 dashes Hella Eucalyptus Bitters
- Lemon Twist
Preparation
- Mix tequila, quinquina, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters in a shaker over ice and stir to combine.
- Strain into a Nick and Nora glass and garnish with a lemon twist
