While often relegated to savory autumnal dishes, sage can be a wonderful addition to all manner of dishes. We enjoy sage with eggs any time of the year, or with grilled or roasted meat. It makes a lovely addition to stuffing or pan fried thighs, or sautéed in oil and served with cheese.
