When will my card be billed?
We always bill on Wednesdays (typically just after midnight), regardless of your scheduled delivery day.
If you need to skip, be sure to skip by 11:59pm Tuesday prior to your next scheduled delivery.
Skipping a Week
To skip a week, scroll down on this page to the Manage Upcoming Orders section. Click the Skip Shipment link for the delivery you'd like to skip.
OF NOTE: The dates shown below show the Order Date (the Wednesday morning before your delivery when you are billed), not your delivery date.
Donating your Box instead of Skipping
To donate your box for any week, please fill out the donation form here or click the Donate My Next CSA Box button below.
By donating your box to a local foodbank, you will be helping those in our community who are struggling financially.
We only donate to foodbanks that we have a relationship with and we know can store and distribute fresh produce quickly. We currently donate to the Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Arlington (Alexandria, Sterling, Front Royal) and the Hunger Resource Center (Manassas).
If you are a CSA Flex Member and choose to donate, you will still receive your Flex Credit, to use whenever you like, and only the produce of your box will be donated.
If you have other recurring subscriptions (such as eggs or bread) and choose to donate, we will plan to donate those items as well.
Extended Breaks for Travel
If you know you're going to be away for many weeks or months, we can adjust your next delivery date to anytime in the future.
Simply sent us an email letting us know when you'd like your deliveries to start up again, and we'll adjust everything on our end.
