Ingredients
- ¾ lb cucumbers, skin sliced in alternating strips, diced

- 1 lb red tomatoes, cored and diced
- ¼ cup lime juice, plus more to taste
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

- ¼ tsp black pepper, plus more to taste
Preparation
