For using on veggies, meats, and any number of recipes. Some favorites of ours are Grilled Zucchini Ribbons and the Beefsteak Triple.
Of note: we don't include salt in our blend when we make it so that we can salt appropriately for the dish and not have to worry about accounting for salt in the spice.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp thyme
- ¾ tsp mustard seed
- ½ tsp fennel seed
- ½ tsp dill seed
- ½ tsp black peppercorn
- ⅓ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp celery seed
Preparation
- Combine all spices in a spice grinder and grind until fine. Store in a glass jar to use as needed.
