Mattei's quinquina rouge stands in for vermouth in this otherwise classic Boulevardier.
Ingredients
- 1¼ oz rye whiskey
- 1 oz Cocchi Rosa Americano
- 1 oz Mattei Cap Corse Quinquina Rouge
- Orange twist, for garnish
Preparation
- Add the bourbon, the Campari, and the quinquina into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
