Mattei's quinquina rouge stands in for vermouth in this otherwise classic Boulevardier.  

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Add the bourbon, the Campari, and the quinquina into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with an orange twist.
