Pomeriggio means "afternoon" in Italian. A gentle combination of limoncello and our own Thistle botanical wine captures the name nicely. Not too boozy, but interesting enough to keep our attention, this is the perfect 5pm starter, or alternatively a nightcap with a lighter touch.
Ingredients
- 2½ oz limoncello
- 2 oz Artemisia Thistle
- Lemon peel, for garnish
Preparation
- Combine the limoncello and Thistle in a shaker over ice and stir until well-chilled. Don't shake. Shaking destroys delicacy.
- Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with the lemon peel.
