An old-meets-new homage to Spain. Olives and sherry for a little brine, Solstice Vermouth for dusty bitterness, and Salt & Sorghum bitters for a dash of straight salinity.
Ingredients
- 3 oz La Cigarerra Manzanilla
- 1½ oz Artemisia Solstice Vermouth
- 2 dashes Artemisia Salt & Sorghum Bitters
- 3-4 oz Fever Tree Tonic water
- Orange wedge, for garnish
- Olives, for garnish
Preparation
- Combine the manzanilla, Solstice, and bitters in a shaker over ice.
- Strain into a glass and top off with the tonic water. Garnish with the orange wedge and a spear of olives.
