Nocino Americano adds some teeth to this assertive spin on the classic Adonis cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz La Cigarerra Amontillado
- 1 ½ oz Artemisia Nocino Americano
- ½ oz J.T. Copper Grenadine
- 2 dashes Hella Eucalyptus Bitters
- Orange rind
Preparation
- Combine the Amontillado, Nocino Americano, grenadine, and bitters in a shaker over ice. Stir to combine.
- Strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with the orange rind.
