Botanically-accented and fresh, this classic French aperitif cocktail is typically made with a dry cider from Normandy, but we've used a local favorite from our friends at Patois.
Ingredients
- 2½ oz dry cider, such as Patois' Bricolage, or one from Normandy
- ¾ oz gin
- ¾ oz fino sherry
- ⅛ oz orange liqueur
- 2 dashes Junio Elderflower Juniper Bitters
Preparation
- Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Stir gently.
- Strain into a flute or coupe, topping with a little extra cider for good measure.
