Cardroni

Loosely inspired by the Negroni, Cardamaro and quinquina rouge stand in for the traditional vermouth and campari.  The ratios are adjusted to showcase the Cardamaro without losing the too much of the original recipe. 

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Combine the cardamaro, gin, and quinquina rouge in a shaker over ice.  Stir until well-chilled.  
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with the orange rind.
