Concentrated plums and bitter herbs take the standard Adonis template into an angular, lifted direction. A little high quality grenadine keeps everything grounded. Don’t be tempted to substitute generic grenadine here. The cocktail won’t build properly.
Ingredients
- 1⅓ oz Artemisia Solstice Vermouth
- 1¼ oz La Cigarerra Manzanilla
- ½ oz J.T. Copper Grenadine
- Thyme sprig
Preparation
- Combine the Solstice Vermouth, Manzanilla, and grenadine in a shaker over ice. Stir to combine.
- Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with the thyme.
