Weingut Bründlmayer Kamptal Grüner Veltliner Terrassen 2020

The Bründlmayer winery is a founding member of the "Austrian Traditional Wineries", which are committed to expressing the characteristics of their region, their soil, their climate, their varieties and their cellars in the wines. The First Locations classification took place in 2010, after more than 20 years of preparatory work, which still sees itself as a "work in progress". The layer classification is based on the Kamptal DAC system. Only dry Grüner Veltliner or Rieslings bear the name Kamptal and the first sites in the wine-growing region are dedicated to them. The typical Kamptal wine is shaped by the valley landscape, by cool nights and hot days, by the mildness of the valley mouth in the south and the freshness of the forests in the north.

Grüner Veltliner

Fermented in stainless steel, harvested from two plots: one high altitude and one low. The high-altitude grapes bring acidity and angularity, while grapes from the lower plot add aromatics and body.
