Troddenvale A Dollop Of Damson Sparkling Fruit Wine 2022

A feral blend of Damson plums, vidal grapes, and heirloom apples wines. Each was harvested, pressed, and processed independently before being carefully combined and allow to wild ferment for seven months. The wine was then racked and blended with a small additional volume of Damson plum wine before being bottled via traditional method in May of 2023, resting for an additional 4 months.
