Rappahannock Cellars Seyval Blanc 2021

Light and balanced on the palate, with a distinct combination of lemon rind and slate minerality only found in Virginia-grown Seyval.  Seyval is often harvested earlier than other grapes in Virginia, lowering the risk of both disease and damage from birds and animals to the fruit.   It naturally thrives in cooler growing sites, and one can often find plots of Seyval on the highest outcroppings in Virginia vineyards throughout the state.
