This is an extremely limited-production natural Vermouth made with a blend of organically/biodynamically-grown white and red grapes, citrus and a mix of botanicals from a Torino based herbalist. This vermouth comes in at a lower abv than usual, with the elevated acidity lending extra lift to the perfumed spices on the nose, and a refreshing bite on the palate.

Trained as architects, Massimo Marchiori and Antonella Gerona moved from Barcelona to Massís de Bonastre and began organically farming abandoned vineyards filled with old vines of local varieties. They bring the flavor profile of Italian vermouth to the tannic, lean wines of Spain.
