Les Deux Moulins is an offshoot of the Paris Wine Company, and features custom bottlings made in collaboration with select French producers. Founder Joshua Adler uses his connections with winemakers in various regions to find good juice at good value, and this pinot noir made the cut! All of the Les Deux Moulins wines are either 100% sauvignon blanc or 100% pinot noir, and each year the company tastes and selects the best cuvées for the label. This bottling is sourced from vineyards around the Chateaumeillant in the Eastern Loire, planted in the 1990s in sandy gravel soils.
