This is possibly the most unusual sangiovese you'll ever meet.  Fully Californian in essence, with all the bright acidity and cranberry-cherry that old world sangiovese knows so well.  The label brings an unexpected surprise: pop it in the fridge and it changes color, indicating when it's ready to be enjoyed.  Freddo means "cold" in Italian!

This is a chillable red for hot summer days.  Best served with your next cookout with friends.
