Donkey & Goat Gadabout White 2019

The Gadabout sees 2 days of skin contact, making it a robust expression of Californian orange wine.  The blend of grapes changes from vintage to vintage, but often centers on Chardonnay, Marsanne, and Grenache Blanc.  The grapes are cultivated following Organic and Biodynamic practices, fermented with native yeasts, and left unfiltered and unfined.
