A Rhône-style white blend, full bodied and brawny. The fruit is co-fermented and aged in French oak, further broadening the mouthfeel and texture of the wine. A solid, flexible option that can stand up to rich poultry dishes, pork, and heavy seafood dishes. Bosc pear and fuji apple lead on the palate, followed by hazelnuts and bay at the close.
