This fino sings of salty sea air tang.  Aged under native flor yeast, the resulting wine is elegantly structured, tinged with brine, smoke, and granite salinity.  The palate offers backbone to the open, fresh nose. This young fino is aged in solera five years, a true classic for smoked almonds, fried codfish balls, and spicy dried sausages.
