Cluricaun's Tinto 2021 is a field blend of primarily red Portuguese native grape varieties, with a small percentage of field-blended whites added. This unique blending of red and white varieties is true to traditional Portuguese winemaking, as is fermentation and aging in clay amphorae. Gently tannic, with a modest fruit profile, this herbaceous, savory red is excellent with grilled steak, cured meat, and aged cheeses.
