Chateau de l'Oiseliniere Muscadet Sevre-et-Maine Sur Lie 2019

True to its origins, this is a muscadet with plenty of acid and levity.  Aged six months sur-lie, there is a balance to the mid-palate against an otherwise searingly tart profile.  Lemons, limes, green apples, and flinty stone all take center stage.  This is a wine to pair with salmon, scallops, briny cheeses, or salty charcuterie.
