Le Crescent is a uniquely cold-hardy grape with a flavor profile much like that of Muscat. It is naturally high in acid, making perfect for both dry and off-dry winemaking. Given some age in barrel, its acidity mellows, bringing it closer to Chardonnay in profile. Le Crescent is naturally very resistant to disease, and it can be found throughout the mid-Atlantic and New England.

About Briede Family Vineyards

Paul and Loretta Briede founded their vineyard with the vision of making wine as cleanly as possible. They are nearly 100% organic in their production, maintaining pollinator gardens, on-site composting, and plenty of natural woodlands to ensure that their ecosystem remains in balance with that of the surrounding mountains.
