Made in the Méthode Champenoise technique, Antech's Tradition is a blend of three regional grapes: mauzac, chardonnay, and chenin.  Mauzac, in particular, leads with poised acidity on the palate, while the chardonnay and chenin bring balance and weight.
It rests for 15 months on the lees in bottle before release.  The palate is a blend of green apple and white peach, with a floral, aromatic nose.
