Jackalope Ridge is a cottage bakehouse tucked away in Boston, Virginia. Husband-wife team Jon and Devon leaven all of their breads and treats using 100% sourdough starter, often letting their breads age and develop for days at a time. Their playful approach to grain blends and flavors has made them a mainstay at their local farmers' market and at small boutique shops throughout the region.
